Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Nappanee property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Licensed & insured in IN · Real warranties
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Nappanee area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Nappanee technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Nappanee homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

Odor is often the very first clue Nappanee homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Nappanee customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Nappanee basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Nappanee tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →A failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Nappanee after heavy rain — we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Nappanee homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Nappanee jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
Every Nappanee quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.

We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Word of mouth is still how most Nappanee customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."

Every Nappanee technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
